The Year 2000 Philmont Trek, an activity that took almost a year to plan was led by Assistant Scoutmaster Mark Jackson. The other adults on the trek were John Halsey and Skip Jackson (Mark's dad). The trek travelled by bus to the Philmont Scout Ranch in Northern New Mexico departing on the morning of June 26th, and arriving safely home the afternoon of July 9th. As you can see by the sampling of pictures below, the crew clearly had quite a lot of activities to take up their time.
