Able to identify work improperly installed. Able to identify scheduling conflicts. Able to identify if funds are sufficient to complete a given project.

Able to generate construction cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and square foot analysis.

Able to interpret asbestos, lead, geotechnical, structural, and concrete testing reports.

Able to perform many functions in Microsoft Excel including linear programming and regression modeling.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Excel, Lotus, and SPSS.
