The Sunshine Coast Avicultural Society was formed in 1988 to cater for the needs of Aviculturalists in the area.  The society is a member of the Queensland Council Of Bird Societies.  Application for membership is welcome from all interested in the welfare, care and conservation of captive and wild birds.
