Overview
We were approached
with a brief to create an online presence which would promote the
heritage churches of England which were looked after by the Churches
Conservation Trust. The design of this website had to reflect the
reverence of the church yet still appeal to the greater community.
With over 300
churches listed by county and 50 featured churches, including a
church of the month the
site is driven by a very large back end content management system
and has built in administration functionality for either the client
or the agency to update information within the church. The pages
are built with ASP to enable them to be dynamic, thus allowing new
churches to be added at any time.
My Involvement
My responsibility
with this project was in an administrative role monitoring the site
traffic and producing reports for the client on a weekly basis.
