Ok, so I don't have to type this 100 times

First Section

1. Find the file itemrules.gf (this file will be located in the \Program Files\Activision\Sfc3\Assets\CommonSettings)

2. Open it with notepad or excel

3. edit the line that says:

[Mixing]
MixRacialTech = 0

to

[Mixing]
MixRacialTech = 10

4. Save the file and exit

Second Section

1. Download this file, right click and select save target as, make sure you remember where you put it.

Click here to download file

2. Find the file CustomLoadOut.txt (this file is located in the \Program Files\Activision\Sfc3\Assets\Specs)

3. Make a backup copy of this file.

4. Replace the file with mine "clo.txt" and rename mine to CustomLoadOut.txt.

5. Go into SFC3 and find the ship under Federation, Sovereign....variant called Devil
