The Peddler Files!!!

Helloooo! This page is about my workplace; The Peddler Steakhouse!!Thus...the peddler files. I have been working there since August 2002. It is a nice place and I have had many experiences since I've been working there. Almost all of my friends work there too. I love all the staff though, while during the night things get hecktic and a little crazy sometimes before and after work are like the funnest times! I feel like everyone there is family, I feel so lucky to work there.

The wait people there are: Blake, Eric, Erin, Heather, Heidi (Heather and Heidi are sisters, thier mom owns the place!), Jac, Jason, Jonathan, and Leigh.

The hostesses are: Me :), Elena, and Heidi

Cooks are: Raylene and Eric

Counter people (the people who cook everything BESIDES the steaks!) are: Byron ( :) ), and Andrew (but Erin and Jonathan can do it too!~most everyone is multi talented! ;) )

The people who cut the meat are: Blake and Brandon (but Jonathan and Eric can do it too!)

The Bus boys are: Freddie, Jason, and Steven

The Dish dudes are: Steven and Greg

The Salad peoples are PJ and Erin ( but I can do that too! ;) ) and Heidi's husband Barry chops vegetables for the salad bar on weekends!

Also on salad is BARBARA!! who is the coolest lady in the world!! I love to talk to her and she is super duper sweet, she owns the peddler and sets up the salad bar everyday to make it look all pretty and nice!

And last BUT DEFINATELY not least! are the bar tenders! They are: Brandy and Mandy
