RULES AND REGS 1. Contest opens for entries on the 5th of every month and closes on the last day of the month. 2. Winners will be annouced by the 5th of every month 3. You may enter one photo for each contest. 4. All photos must be head or head and shoulders 5. Photos that do not follow our guidelines WILL NOT be accepted 6. Natural photos include snapshots of good quality, studio photos from Sears, Walmart, etc. that have not been enhanced. 7. Glitz photos include professional pageant/modeling photos that have been enhanced or digitally retouched. 8. No hateful comments or bashing will be tollerated!!!!! 9. Juges decisions are final! TO ENTER, JUST EMAIL A PHOTO OF YOUR LITTLE CUTIE, ALONG WITH THEIR NAME, AGE, AND THE CATERGORY YOU WISH TO ENTER THEM IN. |
