Mod (U8 - U11) Mod soccer is for ages 8 through 11 year olds. To determine the proper age category for your child please refer to the age chart. The primary difference between the Mod age categories is the number of players on the field: U8 plays 4 a-side; U9 5 a-side, U10 7 a-side; and U11 9 a-side. Each age category has different field and goal dimensions, which increase with age to prepare players for full field soccer which begins at the U12 level.
2011 SPRING MOD (U8 - U11) SEASON Fall Recreational Soccer for U8 - U11. Chinqually teams will be playing in league games hosted and organized by Thurston County Youth Soccer Association. Registration is open January 9 - February 13. Those who register after this date are subject to late fees and there is no guarantee of being placed on a team. Player fees are $60 per season. New players will also be required to purchase a team uniform (costs vary by team). OTHER IMPORTANT SPRING SEASON INFORMATION...... Teams will be formed during the registration open period. Participants will be notified by their coach or the Club by late February. The day/ time/location of practices will be at the discretion of your assigned coach. Practices will begin in early March. Games will be held on Saturdays, March 19 through May 14.
