Introduction:

This article provides a glimpse of extraordinary yogic experiences. Hindu scriptures describe Lord Shiva possess a third eye.  Interestingly, some gifted yogis and devotees have such a hidden virtual eye with which they detect or even see celestials including Hindu Devatas, sages (maharshis) and saints and communicate with them. The author believes a circular magnetic field that forms in the frontal portion of the brain in them acts as the hidden third eye, which receives and transmits a kind of radiation that probably lye outside the range of known electromagnetic radiation spectrum. Possibility exists that an excited Ajna chakra, known in science of Yoga, act as the third eye. The author, who has been a devotee of Lord Hanuman for nearly 40 years, narrates his unbelievable experiences in detecting visiting celestials like Hindu Devatas, maharshis, and saints and in communicating with them. The celestial uses the author’s body and hand in drawing a sketch, the shape of the sketch and identification of the visitor remains unknown to the author till the end. Five sketches are illustrated here out of the nearly 500 sketches the author has drawn till date.  Ancient Indian astronomers could calculate planetary positions since long when telescopes were unknown to them. And Hindu sages saw life force (Devatas or holy soul) in inanimate mountains, earth, planets, rivers, ocean (water), fire and air unlike what biologists believed life in living beings like humans, animals, plants etc. Sun God illustrating astrophysical secrets of his planet show truth in the saying of the sages. Sun God reveals fission also takes place along with fusion in his planet. Author’s list of invisible visitors includes Jesus Christ, scientists like W.C. Roentgen, Madam Curie, Henry Bacquerel.

The visible world

Limitations of science

Earth and oceans, which are integral parts of our world, are treated as inanimate objects by many cultures and scientists in general.  Biologists attributed life limiting to living beings like human beings, animals etc but not to inanimate objects. For example, one of the functions of living systems is reproduction. Therefore, Earth and oceans do not come under the category of living beings. Although scientists do not believe on the existence of soul, as it cannot be seen, however they accept life and death of living beings.Vedas are very ancient scriptures and stand as a basis for Hindu religion and way of life. Believed commonly as they were originated time immemorial from the creator, Brahma. Vedas have a unique character. Unlike other Sanskrit scriptures, phonetics (style of recitation) is prescribed a typical way in each of the four Vedas that has to be adhered while recitation. One Veda to get by heart takes nearly five years. Another five years of learning is needed for understanding the meaning. India enriched with scholars who mastered two, three, or all the four Vedas. Their generations carry sir name as ‘Dwivedis’, ‘Trivedis’, and ‘Chaturvedis’. Vedas and Hindu scriptures describe that even inanimate earth, oceans, rivers, air, water, fire has pious souls (Devatas).

Sketch of Adi Sankara of 11th century, who propounded advaita philosophy, was drawn when visited the author with subtle body.

Sketch of Lord Krishna, epic hero of Mahabharat who lived nearly 3000 years ago, was drawn when visited the author with his subtle body

Vedas regard the earth as the Goddess (Bhu Devi). ‘Bhu-suktam’ in Yajur Veda is solely in the praise of Bhu Devi. The epic Ramayana describes that Sita Devi has originated from the earth and merges again at the end. King Rama talks to the ocean. Ramayana is a holy epic as well as history of the King Rama that describes his sojourns to Lankan city, which existed once in the present Sri Lanka. Evidently, the birthplaces of King Rama and his consort Sita exist in India as Ayodhya and Janakpuri in Bihar close to Nepal border.

Scientists disbelieve earth as a goddess as they fail to see the Goddess. Any person with western education and orientation also does the same. Undoubtedly, science education and scientific tools equipped scientists to unravel many hidden secrets of nature. Unfortunately they have no possibility to see the nature the way spiritualists do. Spiritualists have no access to the modern scientific tools. Anyhow, significantly spiritualists including some Vedic scholars are able to visualize certain mysteries of nature, which can be said advancements to the present science. Importantly, the present article is an attempt in this direction that celestials reveal to the human beings much advancement to the current science. Scientists and spiritualists compliment each other in understanding different aspects of nature. Unfortunately, common platform or dialogue to exchange knowledge does not exist to derive benefit from each other mainly because scientists are too skeptical about spiritual knowledge.

The visible Universe

With our eyes we are able to see only little portion of earth, ocean, solar system, and stars and not clearly. Galileo’s telescope paved a way to see distant planets clearer than ever possible earlier. High-resolution telescopes developed from time to time helped in studying the Sun, galaxy, and discovering new stars etc. For scientists whatever they see with their telescopes is the universe that exists, since their scientific data ultimately rests on the ability to visualize with their eyes. X-rays provided different and valuable information than the light while viewing the planet Sun by X-ray telescope

The third eye sees the invisible Universe

Sages (ancient maharshis), Vedic scholars, spiritualists could visualize the planets with their virtual ‘third eye’, which is located deep inside our forehead. Legends say, Saint Suradas could see Lord Krishna despite his blindness. Probably, the third eye and the ‘Ajna chakra’ in the science of yoga may refer the same.  Third eye cannot be pin pointed to any specific human anatomical part of our brain. The third eye may be a magnetic field in the form of a whirl, as seen in a pool of water. Experience shows that the third eye receives and transmits radiations of certain wavelength.  The radiation seems to be beyond the range of the known electromagnetic spectrum. Human body, particularly the nervous system responds favorably to the radiation without any signs of any deleterious effects. The third eye facilitates extraordinary vision. Anyhow, the third eye facilitates in seeing physical form of celestials, on closing eyes. Some people are able to see the celestials even when eyes are wide open. Once, an Engineer situated 30 kms away, was able to describe celestials present at my house on that particular day.  With the aid of the third eye, the author is able to detect arrival of any celestial, and locate the spot where the celestial is situated. The author is able to know that there are many invisible words towards the sky. In a nut shell to say that there are many invisible worlds within this visible universe.

In one way both western and Indian astronomers treat Sun as planet. However, ancient sages (maharshis) saw Sun planet having a holy soul called Sun God, and control over living beings in the universe. Ramayana describes that on the advice of sage Agastya, King Rama prays Sun God to derive immense strength with that he was able to kill the demon king, Ravana. Hindus worship the nine planetary Gods including Sun for better living and to be free from diseases.  King Rama’s best companion, Lord Hanuman learnt highly specialized Indra-grammar from Sun God. This rises question in mind how Sun God can enhance our knowledge or intellect. Anyhow, this article describes Sun God’s revealing certain astrophysical secrets of his planet, which can be of interest to the astrophysicists.

Unbelievably, some Vedic scholars like the author, and spiritualists can see many more worlds towards the sky, which cannot be visualized by light or X-ray telescopes. My own experience shows that there are many invisible worlds within the visible Universe. Also, many of our actions are monitored by them, and regulate our actions for better purposes.  Most men and women can see living beings such as, animals, birds, and insects with their two eyes, while some yogis and some people like me who recited Veda mantras for years can see all of them with both the eyes as well as the invisible celestials with the third eye. The third eye helps in locating the celestials when the other two eyes are wide open, and seeing their physical form when the eyes are closed. From the physical appearance, it is possible to make out who is the celestial. The third eye can also aid in knowing whether the invisible is a celestial or a departed soul of the diseased.

Vedas describe the presence of Devatas in upper worlds towards the sky.

Hindu sages revealed existence of several brahmandas (worlds), which are different from the known planets and stars. To the countless celestials or invisibles the invisible worlds (brahmandas otherwise called uurdwa lokas) present towards the sky provide an abode. Three lokas (Bhu, Bhuvaha, Suvaha) were included in one type of Gayatri mantra and seven (Mahaha, Janaha, Tapaha etc) while doing pranayama (breathing exercises) of the same mantra. At Nadwara in Rajasthan the author heard from a highly venerable Bengali saint, His Holiness Gobind Das Maharaj that there are 49 lokas.  Although they cannot be seen by everybody and through naked eyes, experience shows existence of other worlds in true. Even with the third eye, they can be spotted out in various directions but cannot be seen their shape because it involves much higher concentration. Different celestials have their own worlds. Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva and Indra, who are heads of Hindu Devatas, are said to have their own worlds. Scientists believe on the possibility of several solar systems existing in the Universe. However, as ‘upper worlds’ different from solar systems cannot be seen with telescopes, obviously they remain skeptical about these worlds.

Astrophysicists are investigating to see whether life exists on other planets. Scientists accept the presence of life in any other planet only if concrete evidence is available of a physical body of human, animal, bird or of microorganisms. The biologists’ concept of ‘life’ is restricted to living beings, like human beings, animals, trees etc. A man, animal or plant is said to be alive referring indirectly that the soul stays within that living being, and declares dead when biological functions are stopped in other words when soul leaves the body. However, the Hindu sages (maharshis) saw holy soul (Devata) even in inanimate entities like earth, planets, oceans, water, fire, air etc.  These Devatas regulate all the actions of these physical entities, as soul in a living being is said to have a control over all bodily functions. Devatas control over their physical entities lasts forever, unlike the case of living beings with short life.

Hindus and some other religions believe fire as fire God (Agni Devata). To the scientists fire is thermal radiation and not God. Havan ceremony involves offer of consumables to Devatas through fire (Agni). Generations after generations, people conducted such ceremonies by immense faith despite the fact the priest the benefactor or the audiences are not sure whether Devatas are really accepting the offerings. Experience shows that these Devatas really come from upper worlds receive the offerings and bless the doers, only when the ceremony is conducted in proper way. Hindu sages, having established a close contact with Devatas, prescribed rituals for the benefit of the mankind. Legends say that the sages used to do penance in Himalayas and thick forests for the grace of Devatas so that they can fulfill their aims. Indian sages could gain higher wisdom, came to know many secrets of nature from Devatas including control the nature with divine power as they desire and felt necessary. Sage Viswamitra lived long and saw many ancestors of Lord Rama. The author met a saint, Vidur Giri Maharaj at Jodhpur who did tapasya (penance) for 40 years in Himalayas and lived for 126 years.

Invisible world within this world

The western films show fictitious aliens from other worlds.  Christianity believes on celestials, angels, and nymphs. Different cultures address them by different names. Valmiki’s Sundarakanda (Ramayana) mentions many invisibles like siddas, kinnaras, kimpurushas, and vidyadharas besides Devatas. The most intellectual and powerful among celestials seems to be Devatas. Vedas, epics like Ramayana, Mahabharat and most Hindu rituals narrate extensively on Devatas. As every one cannot see them, it is almost impossible to convince any one on this score.  There were several legends describing Devatas with physical body visiting humans. Legends say Devatas maintained a close liaison with some individuals in Treta Yuga, nearly 5000 years ago. They sought the help of king Dasarath in fighting against “rakshasas”, Devatas have taken birth as vanaras and rikshyas, during Rama’s period. Vanaras and rikshyas have been forest dwellers, and distinctly different species from others existed in those days. They associated with Lord Shri Rama during his exile, and partook in Lanka war. Pandavas of Mahabharat nearly 3000 years ago had close contacts with Devatas. One cannot be sure of the Ramayana and Mahabharat period. Mahabharat narrates that Arjun visited even Indra loka  (an abode for Devatas). Agni Devata meets Arjun in the disguise of a human and asked for permission to burn the Kandava Vana (a forest), in turn he awards an ‘astra’ called Agneyastra (fire as weapon).

Arjun used it to create fire in the midst of the enemies. After a long penance, Dronacharya acquired the knowledge of astras from Devatas useful for individual and mass destruction. After death many souls roam in our surroundings, as every soul cannot be liberated soon after death. They wait for long until they are freed from sins or a pious person helps in liberating them. Such souls can be spotted with the third eye. Some of them visit us and move around in our surroundings without common man’s knowledge. So there is an invisible world within this world.

People saw Devatas with physical body

Only a few fortunate devotees might have seen Jesus Christ out of millions of Christians.  Experiences are different from seeing physically. Narada maharshi (Devata) advises sant Tyagaraja to recite 36 crores of Rama mantra so to see Lord Rama physically. On cannot imagine how much time it takes to complete such huge number. And Narada maharshi actually presents two musical texts to Tyagaraja.

Lord Hanuman is very fond of listening Ramayana. Lord Hanuman was a great Vanara warrior with many mystical powers. Vanaras were a distinct species different from apes existed in Ramayana period. It is said that he visits the place wherever it is recited. Lord Hanuman seems to have attended Ramayana discourses given by Tulsidas in the disguise of an old man. He was the one saint in the past, who seemed to have talked to Lord Hanuman, and with His help saw and touched Lord Shri Rama and Lakshmana, when they appeared in the disguise of visitors at Chitrakoot.

Saint Meera bhai of Rajasthan saw Lord Krishna and conversed routinely at ease. The author once met a lady, whose husband was working at A.I.I.M.S, New Delhi, who was advised to recite Hanuman Chalisa 108 times a day by her guru. In 11 days of practice she saw Lord Hanuman physically twice with eyes wide open.

It is not possible to see Devatas in physical form with eyes wide open even for most yogis or less fortunate devotees like the author, despite the God given gift, the third eye.  However, their position in the room can be located with the help of third eye, when they visit us as said earlier. With the third eye, the author realized one day that Lord Rama, Lakshmana and Lord Hanuman were the visitors who came with subtle bodies to hear author’s recitation of Sundarakanda, but was not possible to see physically. To be sure of their holy presence in certain religious ceremonies say abhishek (bathing ceremony) to divinity like Lord Hanuman they are invoked specially by ‘pranapratishta mantras’. Their presence can be located in such occasions. Experience shows that they monitor devotee’s actions from upper worlds.

 Divine communications

We come across frequently some people who can neither see the invisibles nor locate them but hear their messages, while some others can only write their messages with their force. Many of these people successfully contact pious souls, not Devatas. Once the author came across a lady from Sri Lanka who could visualize souls in transparent Crystal (Crystal gazing) and talk to them. These souls were ordinary souls.

Those who attained high state of Kundalini or consciousness after long penance can see Devatas. Alternately, Devatas or great gurus award the required skill through an expert human medium to individuals of their choice.  My great guru, known as Guru- nanna garu, who founded ‘Maruti Pranavashram’ in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh has been a saint with extraordinary divine powers (siddhis). His devotees regarded him virtually as Lord Hanuman.  He excited kundalini to a few of his followers. The procedure is called hasta mastaka sandhanam.  With his grace and as per his wish, the author did to a few individuals who could see Devatas and other invisibles through third eye exceptionally with eyes wide open. It has been a coordinated effort of Devatas and my gurus through the author.  But the author fail to do so on the behest of individuals, because author’s effort alone was insufficient or incapable for excitation of Chakras to a sufficiently high level, which can enable the individual to visualize Devatas.

Maharshis (Hindu sages) saw Devatas (holy soul) in physical entities

An inanimate object, or vehicle like a car or scooter that runs on fuel, does not have a soul. In comparison, all living systems operate in a different way. Religious groups believe that in living systems, the soul regulates all bodily mechanisms and provides the necessary energy by biochemical means to carry on different functions of the body. Medical science does not believe on the existence of soul because medical scientists cannot see the soul. They all know inwardly that soul does exist but openly they do not agree to the point because science does not accept the existence of soul within the framework of its rigid rules.

However, Maharshis (Hindu sages) saw soul even in inanimate physical entities, which are dynamic like rivers, water, air, fire, and planets. Sketches of sixteen rivers drawn by the author support their view. Surprisingly, one such sketch is of Sarswati River. Pundits at Prayaga (Allahabad) narrates that Sangam is the place where the rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati (invisible one) congregate. The sketch supports the age-old belief not only on the existence of Saraswati but also as Goddess. For example, astrophysicists treat Sun merely as a planet, while Hindu astronomers and sages viewed it not only as a planet but also as a pious soul (Devata). The author’s sketches confirm their belief. Sun God visited the author several times and has drawn around 40 sketches using author’s body and hand.

Maharshis also saw immovable physical entities like mountains, and earth as Devatas. Lord Hanuman while flying to then Lankan city (in the present Sri Lanka) talks to Minaka hill situated in Minicoy Island (Laksha Dweep). Himalaya mountains are venerated as Himavant, a Devata. The author has drawn Himavant’s sketch when visited with subtle body.

Ancient Indians have regarded the earth as mother-earth, ‘Bhu maata’ or Goddess earth (Bhu Devi). Mother India was addressed as “Bharat Maata”. When the author visited US in 1998, one day the author had a surprise visitor. Her portrait looked like that of a queen in tears. From Her wings the author felt she could be a celestial, unknown to the author. At the end of sketch she wrote her name ‘America’. Then it was realized Goddess America has visited but it was not clear why she was in tears. Then the author saw Florida forests under fire in TV.  Then the author understood that whatever he saw as wings in the sketch represent fire. He prayed ‘Srisuktam’ from ‘Yajur Veda’ to comfort her. Within 3-4 days rain and fire engines subsided the fire.

Before visiting Thailand in 1999, the author had a divine visitor.  What resulted was sketch of a woman, as a consequence. And her portrait consistently displayed flat nose, despite trying to make corrections. At the end she wrote her name as Thailand. Then the author understood that Goddess Thailand came for inviting the author.

 Communication with celestials

Sun visits humans with a negligible fraction of energy and rejoins again with the main energy on his return. It is in wide contrast to X-ray or light ray, originated from a source, can never rejoin the source on its own. This is the main difference between life force (holy soul, Devata) of a planet and simple physical energy of an electron or a photon.

The author read about heat and fire as incandescence of carbon particles. The present science needs further progress to fully understand the true nature of things. Agni Devata (fire God) does not visit emitting heat or fire, but does visit like any other Devata as an invisible.  During his visits Agni Devata gifted the necessary physical strength to the author. The author has drawn nearly 20 sketches of Agni Devata.

Lord Hanuman and gurus gifted the author the ability (siddhi) to draw the sketches.  By 1978, he has drawn 27 pictures of Ramayana characters. In 1978, a saintly lady told the author that he can draw 5 more sketches with the siddhi. As she rightly professed, the siddhi ended after making 5 sketches more. Again, after meeting the saint Vidur Giri at Jodhpur in 1996, the siddhi was gifted once again after 18 years.

Nature of sketches

To date the artist has made nearly 500 sketches of celestials, some of which were made with pencil, while some are in colors.  These may be their gifts of immeasurable value to mankind. In 1998-1999, the author recited Srisuktam in Yajur Veda for 3000 times, as a result Kubera was pleased and visited a few times. Colored sketches were drawn for the first time with his force, which is a leap in author’s divine art from black sketches made earlier with pencil. He also drew the virtual Chakras mentioned in science of Yoga that act as transmitters and receivers and form aura around head as a result, the aspects of which are unknown to the physiologists. The great saint, ‘Guru nanna garu’ of Bapatla in Andhra Pradesh demonstrated once to his follower a brilliant glow (aura) around him termed ‘Chit- kala sandamdarsana’.

Similarly, author’s recitation of Aditya Hrudayam in Valmiki Ramayana might have pleased the Sun God (Surya). As a result, he visited several times and drew around 40 sketches, mostly in colors. Initially some portraits made are apparently in human form. Notably, the sketches made exclusively of the Sun planet and its emissions disclose many scientific secrets of the sun planet, which hitherto astrophysicists are not fully aware off. Sketches were also made of astrological planets (navagrahaas), which are venerated as Devatas.

Sketch drawn by Sun God through author’s hand revealing release of ionizing radiations from the Sun planet. Similar sketches drawn disclose that these ionizing radiations are caused by fission that takes place along with fusion, while occurance of fission in Sun is unknown to astrophysicists

A century old W.C Roentgen, German scientist who discovered X-rays visited the author, drew his portrait and helped in drawing pictures of Helium nucleus. The colored illustrations drawn by him reveal that neutron does not exist as a particle inside the nucleus. He disclosed protons as well as electrons coexist as waves within the nucleus but do not fuse themselves as neutron. It supports De Broglie’s discovery of wave nature of electrons for which he was awarded Nobel Prize in 1929. Madam Curie and Henry Bacquerel also visited and drew their portraits.

The 500 sketches drawn in general pertain to Devatas, maharshis (Indian sages) who lived few thousands of years ago, and Indian saints who lived few hundred years ago. They are Devatas, who may be earthly bound.  Some sketches made are of Devatas (panchabhutas) representing water (Varun), sea (Samudra), air (Vayu), fire (Agni). Samudra (Sea God) is earthly bound. Varun, and Vayu may be in earth’s atmosphere but for Agni there may not be any one particular place.

Technique of drawing

Each line in the sketches was drawn automatically with divine power, though author’s body and hand were involved in drawing the sketches.  These extraordinary mystical sketches are the result of author attainment of divine gift (siddhi) or skill of making sketches automatically. The sketches described and illustrated here were not drawn by any preconceived imagination like the drawings of other artists. There can be some more artists in the world who have drawn sketches of divinities by divine skill. It is worthy of comparing all these sketches put together.

The divinities show interest in interacting and communicating with humans. For that purpose they select a person to act as medium out of thousands of devotees. In the present case simply acting as medium to the divinities is not sufficient. Right skills are need that can be attained only after years of prayers.

The time of drawing does not depend upon our convenience or desire. Most important aspect is the artist should also have the skill to know that some divinity has come. The current artist comes to know that with the third eye. Secondly the author recognizes the visitor, whether he is a divinity or a mischievous trespasser.  This needs a specialist skill.  Credibility of the sketches drawn would be at stake when the nature of invisible is unknown. An inexperienced artist when deals with an undesirable visitor may land into serious problems.  In the case of the current artist, his gurus take care of his safety and coordinate the program so well till the end of a sketch.

The artist first recognizes some celestial has come, who may hint that he has come for a sketch. At this stage the artist makes sure that the visitor is Devata, maharshi, or a saint, and not an evil spirit. After verification, the sketch is drawn taking a paper and a pencil or colored pen. The artist sits and makes the sketch in the state of complete awareness of surroundings (not in trans) and can also communicate with others only if felt absolutely necessary. He knows where the divine visitor is present in the room. In the case of colored sketch, the visitor communicates every few minutes, which colored pen the artist should handle next. The artist hand automatically goes and picks up the desired pen from many lying on the table, as desired by the visitor. The hand of the artist coordinates so well with the visitor’s requirements so that each line is drawn by the visitor’s force. The artist simply acts as a perfect medium. The sketch requires many fine lines close to each other, but there will not be any faulty lines.  Pencil drawing lasts less than an hour. If colored it may last 6, 8, 10 hours. There were many occasions when the visitor came the next day. The artist takes a break for lunch, or coffee in between. The visitor can come at any time of the day, but they see artist’s convenience. At the end, the visitor identifies by writing his/ her name, approving the sketch.  At the end, the artist comes to know when the visitor has departed.
