The A-Team was a commando unit in Viet Nam. They were the top weapons-and-tactics unit in the war. During the last days of the war, they're commanding officer ordered them to rob the Bank of Hannoi. They completed they're mission and returned to find themselves under arrest for commiting a war crime. They're commanding officer was killed shortly after the Team left for Hannoi, as was everyone else who had witnessed the giving of that fateful order, except Captain Murdock. He calimed insanity after the A-Team was convicted. They escaped and have since been on the run. They earn a living by doing what they did in the war, only this time they do it agaisnt slimeballs and ganglords and organized crime. Often times they do their jobs for nearly nothing. They just love putting criminals where they belong.
