Thoughts, we all have them each and every day
and sometimes we wish they would all go away
Sometimes we think ourselves into a rage
and blind ourselves so we can't go to the next page

Thinking something out is good for our mind
as it will possibly give us answers to find
But alot of people include worry into their thought
and into a dangerious spinning web they are caught

They worry themselves into an early grave
one that sooner or later will cause them to rant and rave
Bringing yourselves to this stage is bad for you
as sooner or later it will cause you to be blue
