Sometimes we meet someone who seems so very deep like if you look into their soul you almost start to weep On the outside they seem to be gay and carefree but i am afraid this woman could not hide it from me The years have shown much pain and she hides it well so here i am opening the box that holds her private hell She wanted me to make her a room, so dear Karen behold this is for you dear one and i am sorry if this is so bold She has a witty way about her that tends to make you grin and it infects you no matter how bad of mood your in The days are slowly catching up to her and the nights are long but she still stands by people whether they are right or wrong Now the time has come where dear Karen has to think of herself as loneliness has entered with a quick and silent stealth She plays it off well, but deep within her heart she yearns for a good man one that will love her and meet her terms A heart strong and true she would make a good wife for you never mind the prissy showhorse with batting eyes of blue Take a woman who will stand by when times are hard and lean meet Karen and you will soon see exactly what i mean A woman such as this is a joy to meet and I love her as my friend and I pray that she meets a good man so her heart will mend So now I better stop before I run out of my famous words of wit cause i know she's going to tell me that I am full of it... | |||
