BOOT'S --HARD TIMES
Hard Times
- The bills are behind and the rents way overdue
- you hold your head in your hands and wonder what to do
- The kid's are broke cause they can't manage money
- and the grandbabies suffer and that's not funny

- You've worked long and hard to raise the kid's up right
- but wishes don't become reality when tummys growl at night
- There's no money to share and give them some hope
- and it's pure hell on a mothers love when your so broke
- Seem's the harder you work the more behind you become
- won't be much longer you'll be on the streets, as a bum
- It shouldn't be this way as our goverment should help
- but they don't know how a mama with babies has really felt
- Millions of dollars they send to people overseas
- like a classic example of can't see the forrest for the trees
- Our own people need some help with the way things are
- while the rich people worry about a son or daughters new car
- Lord please help these people before it gets worse
- for it seems our lives have been given a bad curse
- Dry their tears and straighten their sore backs
- so maybe one day they will be able to relax...
