a lil' info:
Chipper was hatched from an egg by his mother which I don't have any more-His dad was sold along with his mom and three other hens..His dad looked just like him except Roostie(Chip's dad) had deeper colors,and his mom was a black chicken with a red shine..Chipper was lucky he was the only one to live out of the eggs hatched by Volcano(his mom) we found one dead chick that would have been beautiful!!There was other chicks in the nest with Chip but died because of cold weather..We couldv'e saved them but Volcano wouldn't let us near the nest without a fight..
Chipper got his name from Chipper Jones which was one of my favorite baseball players out of the Braves..which the name fit him perfect so it stuck..Chipper means a lot to me and has been through a lot...I just couldn't even see the day without haveing him in his coop and never seeing him again..
But I guess I'll have to now that he has passed on...
