Sun starts to rise,
Dawning of a new day.
But every day is the same,
Since he walked way.
You recall his words,
And remember the happiness.
Many things got left unspoken,
Your days are filled with loneliness.
A heart that once held,
Love, comfort, and joy.
Becomes empty and shattered,
Like a child broken toy.
Sad thoughts and dreams,
Bittersweet memories.
Bringing sorrow to a heart,
Such pain falling in love leaves.
