Click on each song to hear it play. Stay as long as you want and dance or walk to the music. Remember, aerobic exercise is just moving all your body parts, so either dance or walk to the rhythm of this music to actually have a good time while you are exercising those pounds away.

Should you get hungry, eat an apple and drink a full glass of water. Never starve yourself! Eat balanced, healthy meals, just watch what you eat as far as calories. Practice portion control, but don't deny yourself any of your favorite foods. Eat everything you enjoy in moderation. Let this become a lifestyle change not just a diet.

Dancing or walking to music are two of the most fun ways to lose pounds fast! Even if you can only walk or dance for three to five minutes at a time after you eat anything, you will lose weight and begin to see more personal endurance power.
