Our
wedding was held on the beach, right out front of a lovely beach
house,
compliments to my mother, Toni.
We
started the wedding at 7:30 pm, just when the sun was setting.
I surely
thought it was going to be too hot,
but
the weather was perfect. A little windy, compliments to hurricane Floyd,
but the temperature was about 85 degrees and
the
humidity was very low, about 60 percent or so.
The
night was so perfect for the wedding. An arch was placed almost in the
water, for
Kim
Davis, whom married us, to stand under.
Now,
we told everyone that it was to be a casual wedding. Everyone dressed comfortably.
Joel
and I prefered to be barefoot, but my favorite part, was that Kim Davis
stood
barefoot
as she married us.
It
was a very short ceremony, but very beautiful.
One
thing I'll never forget , My Uncle Joe and my brother Colin,
having
to hold the arch to keep it from blowing away!
So,
as to after the wedding, the reception that followed is all
thanks
to
my mother, Toni Clark, and my Aunt Dorie, they made it all happen.~thanks~.
There are so many pictures I dont know which to put up!
My daddy walking me down to give me away....
For the week leading up to the wedding I thought how nervous I would be on my wedding day.
But the truth is, on my wedding day I was not nervous at all. In fact I felt like I was floating....
As for my dear Joel, he was....nervous! Well, you have to give him credit half of my whole family was there.... in which he had only met once! But my family loved him, and he them. Hee was gleaming!
And so it was..... we were married. You may kiss the bride!
