Sailor Jupiter's Award of Excellence 1. Your site must be complete and updated at least once a month. 2. Your counter must be over 3000.

Sailor Mercury's Award of Knowledge 1. You must have profiles on both the inner and outer scouts. 2. You must have character profiles on at least one other character.

Sailor Moon's Award for Great Beginnings 1. You should just be starting out. Please, only new sites. 2. You should have some pictures and a couple other things to hold someone's intrest.

Sailor V's Award for Coolness 1. Almost any site goes! 2. You should have a variety of things on your site, but it doesn't have to be perfect!

Sailor Chibi Moon's Award of Cuteness 1. You should have a cute layout! Lots of pink and cute colors would do lots of good!

Sailor Neptune's Award for Beauty 1. You should have a great looking layout. It should be very daring and dramatic. 2. You can also get this award for the way you set up you links and such. Nice and orderly, but still in a good layout!
