MEALS PLAN

Use my Meals Plan for a week at a time to have three meals each day. Alternative choices are in parentheses. When a variety of foods are served, you won't get as bored with your meals. When you cook, prepare four servings or more at a time, and put the extra servings individually in Hefty quart freezer bags to freeze and have for other meals. Even if you don't enjoy leftovers, when you freeze foods in individual servings, they seem to taste better. Label what is inside your freezer bags. When reheating, open the zipper on the bag halfway to vent the bag, and place the bag in a bowl. Use your microwave to reheat them. Plastic bags will explode and make a mess if they are not vented.

This is a free-to-use website. The recipes can be found on my free recipe websites. I hope they help you to eat healthier and enjoy your meals.

Even if you are alone in life, keep your home clean and neat, pest-free, and use your best things. Serve your meals on your good dinnerware. Make your home your castle. Over fifty percent of the world's population is single now. Begin to enjoy your life just as it is, making the most of what God blesses you with each day, being truly grateful and thankful for every blessing He sends you each day. When you pray before your meals, you will find they taste better as well. The more grateful you are to God, the faster more blessings will come your way. Blessings, (not cursing, griping, complaining, griping, or nagging) bring more positive events into your life. You create the life you have with your own thoughts. Thoughts are very powerful, so make sure you fill your mind with positive thoughts always. Your self-image, behavior, and actions comes from your internal thoughts. When you have God at your core, and try to please Him in all your ways, and have a personal born-again experience with His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, accepted as your Savior, you will realize that your needs are being met every day when you put all your trust in The Holy Trinity. God does not want any of His children to go lacking for any basic needs. Miracles that cannot be explained will come into your life. Prayer changes things when nothing else will. God loves you just as you are right now. Become the vessel He wants you to be, and serve Him as best you can each day. Our purpose in this life is to serve God, and others, as best we can. Read The Holy Bible every day, and fill your mind with God's Word.


7 DAYS MENUS PLAN:

BREAKFAST:

Day 1: One Tablespoon Raw Honey, Oatmeal (Apple-Cinnamon; Banana-Pecan; Peach-Almond; Strawberry-Cashew; Walnut-Dates; Maple-Pistachio; or Brown Sugar-Raisins or Prunes,) Cinnamon Toast, Coffee, Creamer, Juice of Choice

Day 2: Pancakes or Waffles, Coco Real Cream of Coconut Syrup or Maple Syrup, Coffee, Creamer, Pineapple Juice

Day 3: Whole Grains Cereal (Total, Product 19, Crispix, Wheaties, Grape-Nuts, Chex, Rice Krispies, Pebbles, Fruit Loops, Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds) or (Cooked Brown Rice or Barley Sweetened with 1 Tbsp. Raw Honey or Agave Nectar) Parmalat Whole Milk, Coffee, Creamer, Juice of Choice

Day 4: Ten Shelled Whole Almonds, 1 Hard-Boiled Egg, 1 Avocado, 16 oz. NFC Orange Juice, Apple or Banana

Day 5: Pecan Caramel Roll, Hazelnut Coffee, Creamer, Juice of Choice, (Cinnamon Danish or Apple-Cinnamon Fritters)

Day 6: Fruit Bowl, Yogurt Cup, Granola Bar, Butter Croissants, Jam, Coffee, Creamer, Welch's Passion Fruit Juice

Day 7: Two Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Bacon, 4 oz. Peach Applesauce Cup, Whole Wheat Toast, Buttered Grits, Coffee, Creamer, NFC Orange Juice


LUNCH:

Day 1: Chicken Salad or Tuna Salad, Saltine Crackers, 4 oz. Fruit Cup, Soft Drink

Day 2: Chicken Noodle Soup, Saltine Crackers, 4 oz. Applesauce Cup, Ginger Ale; or (Magic Potatoes, Tomato Slices, Cornbread)

Day 3: Toasted Cheese Sandwich, Tomato Soup, Milk, 4 oz. Fruit Cup; (5-inch Cheese Pizza and Vegetable Soup)

Day 4: Two Bean/Cheese Burritos, Spanish Rice, Watermelon Drink, Pudding Cup; or (Beef, Chicken, or Cheese Enchiladas, Tamales, Taquitos with Guacamole, Quesadillas, Enchiritos, Bean Tostadas, Tacos, or Steak Fajitas)

Day 5: Two Chung Vegetable Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, 4 Fortune Cookies, Green Tea; or (Almond, Orange, or Cashew Chicken, or Egg Drop Soup)

Day 6: Cream of Chicken Dumplings, Green Peas, Diced Carrots, 4 oz. Fruit Cup, Soft Drink; or (Luck's Fat-Free Pinto Beans, Cornbread, Sweet Onion, Soft Drink, 4 oz. Fruit Cup)

Day 7: Beef Stew, Buttered Bread, Soft Drink, 4 oz. Fruit Cup; or (Chili with Beans, Oyster Crackers, Watermelon Drink, 4 oz. Tropical Fruit Cup)


DINNER:

Day 1: Oven-Roasted Chicken Breast, Orange Cream of Chicken Gravy, Whole Green Beans, Whole Baby Carrots, Butter Croissant, Decaf Lemon Iced Tea, Crème Brulee

Day 2: Roast Beef & Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Whole Green Beans, Rosemary Vidalia Onion Wedges cooked in Beef Broth, Butter Croissant, Decaf Lemon Iced Tea, Strawberry Shortcake with Whipped Cream

Day 3: Spaghetti Marinara or Fettuccine Alfredo, Salad, Garlic Toast, Grape Juice, Tiramisu; or (Vegetable Lasagna)
