I am 37, and a G.R.I.T.S. (Girl Raised In The South). I was born and raised in the lowcountry of SC, and have the accent to prove it according to my imaginary friend, Candee. After I graduated from the University of SC in 1984, I returned to my home town to teach fourth grade (I now teach fifth) and I brought 60minute-man with me. We've been married for 14+ years, and have two wonderful boys who are 10 and 5. 60 is a game warden (rabbit sheriff), and on his weekends off we like to go camping and boating. We also enjoy beach music, shagging, and riding the Harley.
My friend and former student, Dman23, helped me get started on this web page, and I'd like to say a big THANK YOU, DREW!!!!!!! I also need to thank my friend and fellow educator, Gary AKA Staminaman, for scanning my school picture for me and sending me the "unaltered" version.
