Pictures!!!

This was basically the way we went...from Zurich to Munich to Füssen to Salzburg to Vienna to Nuremburg to Rothenburg, then a quick stop in Konstanz.
Zurich
The Zurich skyline with all of the three cool churches visible.

Ingrid's favorite window at the Frauenkirche.
Munich
On the bike tour. See Haynes the tour guide (center) telling us (Ingrid, left; Stef, right; Burkhard is taking the photo) a story?

This is inside the yellow church we were standing in front in the photo above. Pretty ornate huh?(Burkhard took this great shot)

Ingrid and Burkhard biking through Munich.

Hanging out at the Hofbraühaus with the Mike's bike tour gang.

Stef and Ingrid watching the Glockenspiel.

These are actual bones preserved as religous artifacts. Weird huh?
Füssen

This is Ludwig's fairytale castle. Even in the dreary overcast day it was pretty amazing.

Ingrid at the wheel of that speedy Fiat Panda.
Salzburg

This is St. Wolgang lake at the Salzmerrgutt (sp?)...ya know the area where Maria held out her arms, twirled around and sang "The hills are alive!". It's suppose to be beautiful in the summer. It was pretty enough in the rain where you could really imagine that.

Salzburg was really beautiful, but on the way to find an appropiate bar to celebrate St. Patricks day, We were struck with how cool the city looked at night.

Celebrating St. Patricks day at the Shamrock pub.
Wait a minute what is that on Ingrid's cheek?....
Looks like Ingrid got a special St. Patricks day tattoo!

The catacombs at Salzburg's oldest church.

The red onion topped building is the abbey where the REAL Maria stayed before marrying the REAL Captain.
Vienna

Real Roman ruins!

An example of some of Hunterwasser's work. We both thought his stuff was pretty cool.

It snowed in Vienna!
