Lunar Nights
January: This is the Wolf Moon, you gather close to the hearth, for wolves draw closer
now.
February: This is the Ice Moon, for, beneath a blanket of snow and ice, Nature rests.
March: This is the Storm Moon, when the boisterous storms of the light half of the year
begin.
April: This is the Growing Moon, the seeds are ready to be planted, and growth begins.
May: This is the Hare Moon, the rabbits leap and play in their mating games, and
fertility abounds.
June: This is the Mead Moon, as in days of old, honey is gathered for fermentation
into mead.
July: This is the Hay Moon, a potent moon, as tides of psychic energy flow freely.
August: This is the Corn Moon, a time to think about the eternalness of life.
September: This is the Harvest Moon, time to reap the crops and seed for new
beginnings.
October: This is the Blood Moon, spirits of the departed join fhe dances of holiness.
November: This is the Snow Moon, when the snowy brightness and coolness of Her light is
upon us.
December: This is the Cold Moon, when the Sun is at its lowest point, and the Moon is a
little colder.
