1st Rockingham Scout Hall


		      	Welcome to 1st Rockingham Scout Group!
		      	We are located in the beautiful seaside suburb
			of Rockingham, Western Australia. Rockingham
   			is 47 kilometers southwest of Perth on Cockburn
	Map of Perth area		Sound. 1st Rockingham Scout group was registered
	  on August 19, 1962 and currently has one Cub pack,
	  a Scout troop and Venturer Scout Unit,
              and just re-establishing a Joey mob, with a
	  total youth population of about thirty.
	
	  1st Rockingham Group is within Peel district
	  which covers from Rockingham to Mandurah/Falcon
	  in the south and Pinjarra/Waroona/Boddington
	  to the southeast.

	  Each section has a high degree of participation
	  on all regions from local, district and Branch.
	Annual events include our Anzac Day sleepovers which include
	attending the dawn service and march by all sections. The
	group is supported by our Scouter in charge, Chris Dodson, and her
	hard working parent group committee as well as the tireless
	leaders whose work is never done.
