Missingno.
Missingno. is a pokemon that is number 000. to catch this pokemon, you must first go to the Safari Zone. Stay there for a few seconds, and leave. Fly to Cinnabar Island and trade with one of the trainers in the Lab. Then go outside and surf along the right side of the island so that you are on half water, half land. You will encounter a Missingno. (It looks like a really screwed up circuit board)
Unlimited Any Item
To get unlimited any item, you must first do the missingno. trick, and when you are surfing along the side of the island, put the item you want unlimited of in 6th position on your item list. now fight a missingno. and kill it. you should have unlimited (around 150) of any item.
Pokemon over level 100
To get pokemon over level 100, go to the Unknown Dungeon and do 3 or 4 fights. Then go talk to the old man in Veridian City who teaches you how to catch pokemon, tell him you want to see how. Then go to Cinnabar and surf along the right side of the island between the shore and the water.
Phantom PC
In Celadon city, there is an invisable PC, go to the Hotel, the one where the lady says they're full, and go to the far right of the building on the inside, go to the counter, down 2 steps, and then up 1 so your facing up, then hit "A"
