PARTY IN THE PINES VENDOR APPLICATION



The Whitmire Jaycees are currently making plans for the 27th annual PARTY IN THE PINES Festival. The event will be held June 12, 13, & 14, 2014, in Whitmire, S.C. The festival will be held on Main Street. The three-day festival features a carnival, a parade, food & craft booths, street dances, and live entertainment. If you are interested in participating in this year's festival, please read and sign the following contract. Deadline for submitting the application is May 10, 2014.



CONTRACT

Vendor spaces are 15'D X 20'L ft. or 15'D X 12'L ft. The smaller size is only available for non-food vendors.Anything larger will be charged for 2 spaces.

Requests will be honored on first-come, first-serve basis.

Be prepared to light your booth after dark. The festival will continue until 11 p.m. each night.

We have the right to final selection of booth locations and to limit the number of vendors with similar menus.

We are not responsible for damage done by inclement weather.

All vendors are required submit a copy of their insurance or sign a waiver releasing the Whitmire Jaycees from any liability. Click
HERE for the form which should be signed and mailed to the address below along with your payment. If you choose to pay online, you may mail the form after you have received your acceptance email.

No silly string, smoke or stink bombs are allowed. We also reserve the right to ban the sale of other novelties that we feel are inappropriate.

No vendor will be allowed to sell pizza in any form at this year's event.

Vendors must leave spaces clean.

No items will be allowed for sale with PARTY IN THE PINES insignia without prior consent of the Whitmire Jaycees.

No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

All vendors are required to purchase and display a $10 festival license from the town.

Vendors must meet all DHEC regulations.

Vendors must supply their own UL listed heavy-duty extension cords. A minimum of 200 ft. is recommended.

Vendors using water will be required to use white drinking water hoses.
We will grant no exclusives and no discounts for returning vendors.

Motels are available in Union, Newberry, & Clinton; each approximately 17 miles away. Also, there are a couple of campgrounds in the area.


You will be notified later of your set-up time.

THERE IS ALSO A $10 TOWN LICENSE FEE. WE WILL ACQUIRE THIS FOR YOU.
