Maria Isabel Fernandez, student at Pasadena City College and talented Flamenco dancer, at age 17 was tragically murdered on February 5, 1999. Pasadena City College has created a Scholarship Fund in her honor, to aid students of the Performing Arts.
The Flamenco Artists performing in this concert are donating their performances so that the proceeds of this event can go to the scholarship fund.
