Please can you assist me in identifying the above badge. It is an old badge, but in well preserved condition, on felt. Different from the scarf badge currently in use by the 1st Bulawayo, but might it have been one of the old, original 1st Bulawayo? My own personal view is of it being associated with the 1st (2nd?) (Raylton) Rover Crew of RAF Heaney days during and just after WW2, but I have nothing to support that opinion, although cant help wondering if in fact it is a military badge. Scouts from the 1st Pioneer Troop have returned home from another successful expedition, having travelled across Africa from Western Zambia to Zanzibar, and have decided to hold the annual Troop Training Camp in August south of Beira!
