20' Penthouse-1

The Penthouse-1 is a stand that I have got a lot requests for. Seem everyone likes to take buddy with them hunting. So this is what I have came up with. The hunting height of my stand is around 22' tall. the eye level that you hunt at is 20'. The picture on the page has 2 guys sitting in the stand one is 315 pound and the other is 190 pounds we did have 1 more person in the stand at a weight of 187 which brought the total weigh to 692 pounds. The leg of the stand will come out of the box section to make the stand easier to move.

20' Penthouse-1

Take 5 to 8 hours to build.

Floor dimensions are 4'x 3'
Roof can be raised or lowered to your needs.
Seat has 2 different level for adjusting to you height.
Back-rests can be added to make your penthouse just right.
Ladder can be made 12', 14', or even up to 20'.
Shooting rail height is 38" but can be made to your needs.
Steps can be every 12" for small children to 16" for adults.
Plan on having someone make a video of your hunt, this is a great way to get it done.
If you want to show your children what it is all about.
Weight limit is around 500 pounds+ 2 guys in the picture total 505 pounds.
Ladder that is 16' will put at a hunting eye level of 20' as shown.
