Powers: Magic, sorcerer, extended self-education. He can manipulate the force of magic for a variety of effects such as interdimensional travel, the formation of magic bolts, transformation/transmutation of both living and non-living matter.

Note: Belasco has a sword forged by the Elder Gods. He seems to be "vulnerable" to the sword when used against him!

Recently: Belasco appeared in the X-Men: Black Sun Limited Series, pitting the second generation of X-Men against the originals. Currently: Belasco has been thwarted by the joint efforts of the X-Men and the new Magik and doesn't seem to be ruling Limbo anymore, rendering his current whereabouts unknown.
