á       Led 50 person platoon to perform vital helicopter ambulance maintenance during 11 months of combat in Iraq

á       UH-60A helicopter Maintenance Test Pilot, used integrated decision-making capabilities to analyze and repair aircraft malfunctions; personally flew over 50 test flight hours in combat conditions.

á       Networked with four other maintenance organizations in central Iraq to share logistical assets; cross leveling of  repair parts allowed the company to fly over 5000 flight hours

á       Moved over one million dollars of military equipment from Germany to Iraq without loss or damage

á       Compiled and analyzed monthly Unit Status Reports; early detection of negative trends led to better manning and new equipment for my company ahead of a deployment to Bosnia

á       Coordinated medical support operations for an international Bosnian peacekeeping mission

á       Scheduled and planned recurring training for 120 personnel insuring that over 90% were trained in 6 areas
