I do not remember the year of the draft, but this one is in San Juan. THe building title vacational Ramey I an original building on base that is use as a school now days. I will visiting PR on November and I will take pictures from the original buildings still on base, do you have any one in particular that you will like? The whole base had change and still changing now there is the USCG and PR college, US Border Patrol and a Immigration Jail, also PR Police and a civilian airport(I think hangar #5).
