About this Site

Now in it's fifth year, www.where-r-you-now.co.uk is a result of 20 years of wondering just what happened to those that shared special times as students in Bahrain in the late seventies. The original intention was to bring together those that attended the "American School" in Jufair but the popularity was such that we dropped the idea and now welcome anyone with connections to the magical island of Bahrain. - you have to have lived there to understand the Magic

The success of the site is brought about by your help in spreading the word and contributing with your memories and comments. Keep it up and keep the photos coming in.

Reunion sites are becoming more and more popular. Most have the same intention, to get you to part with money to get in touch with your old friends. Unlike the others this site will always be free, always be very personal, and always be pleased to welcome you.
Feel free to e mail a couple of paragraphs about what you've been up to since you left. We will be building the "whatever happened to..." as the info comes in.
