the undertow was an underground newspaper at Summerville High School that printed three issues from August through December 1999. this page has been created to keep alive the memory of the undertow and preserve it for future generations. the undertow is dedicated to all students yearning to be free individuals and critical thinkers outside the shackles of an authoritarian educational system.
