I am no big family tree buff but according to The History of Requa, Sgt.Daniel Requa was born in 1735 and died in 1801.  He married Mary Martling - his brother John (1731-1812) married Olive Acker.  Another brother, James (1729-1817) first married Maritie Acker then married Rebecca Conklin.  The fourth of the brothers, Capt. Glode (1727-1806) married Amy Dean.  These 4 brothers had 4 sisters.  Their father was Glode Requa, born in 1700 in New Rochelle, NY.
