    Sermon of the Month

"At Any Moment" - In an Instant Our Miracle and Blessings Will Occur.

This sermon is given to strengthen our faith in God, that we, the Body of Jesus Christ, will rise up and proclaim the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.

    Passage One:

"And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant. And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he was worthy for whom he should do this:" ( Luke 7:3-4 )

At this very moment; in an instant, our Lord and Saviour wants to come where you are, to heal, bless and deliver you, no matter what the situation may be. Yes, right there where you are, the miracle or blessing that you have been waiting on is going to occur. God loves you just the way you are. You are worthy because of the love that God has for you. Whether you are praying for yourself or a loved one, God is going to meet and supply your every need, above and beyond, because He cares for you.

    Passage Two:

"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."( I Peter 5:7 )

As this is being written, the Lord is revealing that this is a special word, that you have not just happened upon. Rather, the spirit of God has drawn you here to encourage, and strengthen you in the things of God. The Lord said that there are so many issues that you are concerned about, but to remind you that you are like the sparrow; His eyes are upon you. Remember the lillies of the field, they toil not; neither do they spin. ( Matt. 6:28 ) The Lord wants you to keep in mind that He is a very present help in trouble. Let us emphasize "help". ( Psalm 46 ) It does not matter what type of trouble you may be facing right now, the Lord is present to help you.

In ( John 5:5-9 ) the Bible speaks of a man that had been brought to the pool of Bethesda to be healed of an infirmity that he had had for thirty-eight years. Even though he was at the right place, at the right time to be healed, yet because of doubt, fear, and other things that he had in his heart, he blamed others for not receiving his healing. However, at that moment when he thought that he would never receive the miracle he was waiting for, Jesus came where he was and asked him did he really want to be made whole. This meant that no one else could keep him from receiving his miracle but himself. Verse nine reads, "...And immediately the man was made whole..."

Just like the man at the pool of Bethesda, when one realizes that with God all things are possible, then we are next to receive a blessing from the Lord.
