1999 will be a time of spiritual rejuvenation, and a time financial restoration. God is going to grant the nation and the world another outpouring of His Spirit in every place imaginable. People will witness a powerful move of God such as this world has not witnessed before. There will be great healings and miracles of gigantic proportion. As God moves in the realm of the Spirit, there shall be an unusual change in the economy causing people to be able to afford the things that they once were not able to afford. Weather conditions will become unusually warm; storms, hurricanes, and tornadoes will become more prevalent as we enter the coming millennium. However, the Lord tells us to be not afraid because He is in ultimate control of everything. He has not forsaken His people. Sinners will turn to God in large masses during 1999, and prayers that have been prayed for lost loved ones, that seem will never be saved, will give their heart and life to our Lord Jesus Christ. The preceeding is a prophecy given to Prophet W.L. Scott from the Lord at the beginning of the year of 1999.
