"Against All Odds, You Can Make It!"

In this brief sermon from the Bible, I will discuss how no matter what circumstance or situation you may be facing, that with God, we are going to make it. My prayer is that this teaching will encourage you by building your faith and bring you to a new spiritual level in the Lord.

    Passage One:

"And the rest, some on boards, and some on broken pieces of the ship. And so it came to pass, that they escaped all safe to land." ( Acts 27:44 ) "And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward. But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea." ( Exodus 14:15-16 )

God tells us to always go forward, even though at times we may encounter disappointing situations in our lives. These situations may come in the form of broken relationships, deferred dreams, or unrealized visions. God lets us know that no matter what the odds are against us, we can and will make it.

    Passage Two:

"And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse. When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague." ( Mark 5 : 26-29 ) Our faith and confidence in God gives us the strength to overcome all problems we are met with in day to day life. Sometimes we may feel that some burdens are too heavy to bear, nevertheless, God says to us You can make it, with my help.

You may feel that you can not go on, that the problems you are now facing seem hopeless, and that a change for the better is impossible at this point, but God teaches us that we can make it, spiritually, physically, and financially, no matter how bad things are.

God wants us to use our faith, as the woman with the issue of blood did. Press on. Press on until you break through, and recieve the miracle or blessing that you stand in need of.

Child of God, say these four anointed words below out loud, thereby releasing your faith.

    I CAN MAKE IT!!
