    Sermon of the Month

"Palpable blessings always follow the God kind of faith. God wants us to receive tangible things."( John 20:26-27 )

This sermon is given to strengthen our faith in God, that we, the Body of Jesus Christ, will rise up and proclaim the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.

    Passage One:

"And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them; then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing." ( John 20:26-27 )

Dear child of God, As I was praying and believing God for the needs of His people, the Lord revealed to me that sometimes His children reach a point where they find it hard to believe. The Lord spoke to me concerning Thomas' disbelief in the resurrection of Jesus.
Thomas needed to see something in the natural in order that his faith be restored. When God gives us an outward, visible manifestation, this is what is called a "palpable" manifestation of God's power. Do you need a palpable manifestation for a loved one, so that they may believe?

    Passage Two:

Jesus said, "...except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe..."( John 4:48 ) God works signs, wonders, and miracles in order to help us to believe in the supernatural. Dear child of God, you are not alone.

    Passage Three:

"And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see..." ( II Kings 6:17 ) God wants to open up our eyes of understanding that we may easily recognize that the kingdom of heaven does rule in the kingdom of men.

God wants us to believe Him, not only for spiritual blessings, but for natural blessings also. All things were created by God to make the lives of mankind easier. God wants to work miracles in your life that can not be denied.

    Passage Four:

"...What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all tham that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it." ( Acts 4:16 ) What area in your life do you need God to work a palpable miracle -- spiritually, physically, or financially? God wants to do it for you now!!
