Thank you for joining the Yahoo Adult Kids of Divorce Club! This page is in no way a list of "have to's." This page is merely for your reference--tips on meeting club members, chat "nettique," tips on making the most of your club experience, and ways to help the club administrators serve you better!

Since you're here, we'll give you an orientation to the club screen itself! It's packed with information and places to look and things to do!

We'll start with the left-hand frame of the main club page!

Clubs Top Yahoo!	Clicking on the first link will do the same as above, the second will take you to Yahoo's homepage

Home	This takes you to the club main page
Messages	This allows you to view all the messages ever written, in groups of 20
Photos	This allows you to see photos of club members or submit and post photos of yourself
Chat	This allows you to chat with other club members who are on line
News	This allows you to see Yahoo's take on the day's events
Links	This allows you to see other links to AKOD information and web sites maintained by club members
Contacts	This allows you to see a list of club members, including if they are online, if they have activated the online indicator via Yahoo and you can view a profile here also.
Calendar	This allows you to view and post events in your life or in the club
MEMBER TOOLS
Invite	This allows you to invite an AKOD who is not presently a member to the club
Options	This allows you to contact the club founder (Sue), Delete yourself from the club, Edit your profile, and Search other profiles
Help	A condensed version of this website
Sign Out	Allows you to sign off from Yahoo

THE MAIN PORTION OF THE PAGE

Founder's Message This rarely changes, and consists of a message to welcome visitors, a link to this homepage, and a link to my profile!	Overview: Shows you who is on line now and also allows you to post and read the most recent messages!
Contact: You can email the club founder here	Club Stats: Allows you to see number of members who logged in, number of visitors, who logged in (if it's a slow day), and the number of hits to the page per day, as well as overall hits and membership numbers
Chat: The down and dirty way to the chatroom. Click on "enter"

If you still have questions about how the main club page works, do me one of two favors:

Explore the page! Don't be afraid to click on things, the absolute worst case scenario is that you accidently delete yourself from the club. The good news is, since you already joined it once, you know how to do it again!

Email me! I promise, I don't bite! Don't sit around the club "Ho hum, I don't know how to do anything!" It defeats the purpose of why you joined!
