Character Bio: Michael was orphaned at the age of fifteen due to his town being destroyed by a Cobra raid while he was visiting family in Detroit. Michael returned home to find his entire life destroyed; his parents, younger brother, girlfriend, and home. All he has left is a partially burnt picture of all of them and a pendant of a dragon, given to him by his father, which he wears around his neck. From that night Cobra ruined his life, Michael vowed one day he would take vengeance. Michael moved to Detroit to live with his aunt and uncle, there he met Jason Faria, now known as Shockwave. They became best of friends. After high school Michael and Jason went their separate ways. Michael spends a lot of time building and fixing all types of vehicles. His favorites to work on are motorcycles and helicopters. He made a lot of money going around the country winning street fights. Michael is the smartass Joe known as Dragon. Because of his hand-to-hand combat skills, which are anything from Tae Kwan Do to kickboxing, he was given the rank of 1st Lieutenant. All he has yet to learn is ninjitsu.

Character Bio: Banshee was orphaned in the same attack that orphaned Dragon. The two were close until the attack, when both thought the other was killed. Using money left to her by her parents, Banshee studied at UCLA and received her Masters in Communications and Engineering. She then joined the U.S. Marine Corp, knowing it was her best shot at payback at the man who killed her parents. She quickly rose to the rank of captain, but her career was cut short when a group of officers decided to "put her in her place". The result was after she injured several of them in self-defence, they charged her with attacking a superior officer and she was discharged from the Marines. This is how she ended up in Ireland and how she met Bloodwraith. After seeing her take out several IRA members, Bloodwraith offered her a position in his team. She began her training with Storm Shadow and on her first mission with him she encountered Dragon and defected to the Joes. After she proved her loyalty to them, Hawk had her reinstated as a captain. She and Dragon are currently wed.
