Ruby of Domination
This large red, floating ruby (3' in diameter) was once used by Xandu in an attempt to make Earth's population mind-slaves. When Doctor Strange shattered it, little rubies were left on Earth from its shards. A character attempting the powers of Emotion Control, Mental Control, Mesmerism, or Mesmermechanism has a +1CS for success when focusing the power through 1 of these smaller Rubies of Domination.
