Foretelling
The caster can mystically predict the actions of anyone he has studied (defined as observed for at least 10 rounds). This foretelling is short-term only. If he makes a successful spell rank FEAT roll the caster does not have to decide what to do in that round until after the opponent(s) have declared their actions, no matter who has the initiative.
