Miryn's Pets

Kestral (Large Athletic Long-Haired Canine)

Pert, attentive ears perch atop a wide wedge that forms a head; coarse, thick fur of a blueish gray arching in twin sets to form eyebrows just above gentle, docile brown eyes. A heavy ruff spans out from an already-thick neck, grey forming a collar amid white, stretching down the back of powerful forelegs, and across the back in a saddle-spot to expand along hind legs. Tail curls gently back past hindquarters, white fanning out behind it. This female canine's got a gentle temper to match her looks.

Tao (Commander Tucker Blue Hatchling) (Name from the BeastMaster's healer and friend)

A bold stride carries this lean indigo fellow along, his smooth pace only slowing when he pauses to raise an incredulous brow-ridge at the antics of a fellow lizard or human pet, and possibly articulate a short piece of advice along the way. Alert, constantly shifting features and half-flared azure wings make him seem a bit zealous, but the vague illusion of a gentle smirk and his dry, almost drawling tone hint at a calmer disposition than he tends to make obvious.

Rave (Wild Rave Dancer Brown Hatchling) (Name from the party in which is the cause of people going to hospitals)

Shadowed and obscured in the glimmering and afterglow of the alternating lights, revelry and being where the party is at its full zeal is what this large brown firelizard is after. Flashes of fresh tints across mahogany dance floors and the soft afterglow before the next sweep, the slick hide is a flowing ebon molt; patchy, but in the low lights, mist, and other people - no one seems to care or even notice. Sleek tans fall on the narrowed head with a russet beak and high eye sockets, the faceted spheres still flicker from under restrained 'ridges. Almost gawky, the long slender neck, body, limbs, and especially his tail is extreme. Lightly tanned padding, but not bulky, this ones excess is burned away by almost constant festivities. Petite, obsidian claws tip the paws attached to the lanky limbs, graceful and almost eerily flexible, maybe he was a contortionist in an earlier life. Going until the finally his ending touch, a pointed spade is the last you see before he's off to the next.

Kemo (Epidermically Cancerous Melanoma Hatchling) (Name from Chemo therapy used in treating cancer)

Pale and placid, this little bronze is frail in structure though not in mind; darkened brown spots dumped onto his coppery hide with random patterns, some being as big as a hand or as small and an eighth of a mark. Toneless 'knobs crown the curved, bronzed dome of his head, russet shades unmoving on the tips of the appendages and trailing down on his spines as it extends to his tail. Fragile wings are just the perfect size for his small body, providing the gain and lift that he would otherwise not have, randomly placed mahogany blotches here and there on the thin, metallic hued membranes. Flimsy forelegs extend from his lithely muscled chest, back legs sprout from thick hindquarters, perhaps making him seem a little off-balance.
