• Meeting Minutes from June 7, 2003

Here's the breakdown of what was discussed at this last meeting:
– We'll be having another meeting next week to give a special welcome back to HHH.
– Please be on lookout for two scammers by the names of Sky and Kara of Grace. They scammed a member of our guild out of her home, and will not hesitate to do the same. If you see them in Fel, feel free to kill them, but do it in a respectable manner. Please remember that you represent this guild and it's people.
– Lady Lynn has managed the vendor house quite successfully, and it shows from the reviews she's gotten in the book. However, she can't manage a vendor house if there's no vendors. Please help fill the Vendor House, and in the process you might make quite a bit of money, as the Vendor house is getting a lot of traffic now.
– V^S is going to remain in Moonglow.
– Beldar Cromwell has established two small guilds for the purpose of arranging a competition between Paladins and Necromancers. There will be established tournaments with a no-looting rule set. Please contact Beldar if you have any questions, or wish to participate.
– WildFox wishes to establish a guild swapmeet for the purpose of exchanging goods that you see as unusable for goods that you might be able to use.
Also Worth Mentioning:
The V^S website will be changing hosts. Right now it's on Angelfire, but I will be transferring it to Freewebs. This will increase the alloted storage, and reduce the number of ads down to one popup with no ads on the website. You'll still be able to access the site with the same address: Http://www.virtue.uni.cc

• Meeting Minutes from May 3, 2003

Here's the breakdown of what was discussed at this last meeting:
– The V^S Vendor house is degrading in quality and variety of items sold. We need to add resource vendors, Potion vendors, rares vendors, and anything else that you can think of, especially hard to find items.
– The V^S recruit school has undergone development. The recruits would be entered into a separate training guild, and after completion of the program would go to a "graduation" which would be complete with promotion into VS or DS, and even a Diploma.
– For a long time, Calista was responsible for looting on guild hunts. The idea of letting participants in the hunt take turns looting was suggested.
– Eternal Light suggested making a competition. The winner of this competition would receive a prize of enough resources to completely GM a crafting skill from 0. The competition is still under development.
– The guild is to use one spot as a meeting spot, and general hangout between official guild meetings. So far, that city is going to be Magencia, but nothing is set in stone.
– Just as a reminder, D/S is the PvP section of the guild family, so if you wish to participate in PvP, or actively train in rogue, or anti-karmic activities, please transfer your character to D/S.
– The guild website will now have Forums for you to help develop ideas between meetings.

• March Meeting Postponed

The Meeting for March has been postponed because our GM is stuck in a Blackhole. Please check back for updates.

• February Meeting Re-Scheduled Again

The February Meeting is in Limbo until I hear word from our GM as to when/if we are to meet this month. We did not meet last night because of Out of Game issues with our GM.

As you know, last week's meeting was cancelled due to the server issues. The meeting has been re-scheduled to this Saturday at 9:00PM. The meeting will be at the Fel house.
