The Job Descriptions

High Council Application

Positions are limited to two per character, three positions per mun on the UV High Council.
You may temp more jobs, at half pay, until those positions are filled, to be of assistance.

Being a member of this council means that IC your character is employeed by the
Republic of Umbra Victus's government. You are a government employee to bring pride upon
the lands at all times. You should keep this in mind and play your character accordingly.

NOTE: YOU ARE ASKED TO TURN IN A SHORT REPORT AT THE END OF EACH MONTH AS A MEMBER OF THIS HIGH COUNCIL. IF THIS IS NOT DONE THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY 10% OF YOUR POSSIBLE PAYCHECK VALUE! Paycheck amounts depend on the High Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, and Treasurer receiving this report by the last day of each month. So if you're happy getting 400xp when you should be getting 4000xp, then don't turn in a report. :) You can even view the report ahead of time. There are no reminders sent. Also note: There is NO EXCUSE to have nothing to report on. If your division did nothing the entire month, then report you had no work to do. Advisors must be able to report on at least one date that they contacted the person they advise and asked if there's anything they can do. If the advisor cannot report a solid date (even if the person they advise said there was nothing) then the advisor will only receive 10% payment for that month as if they didn't report at all.

The Job Descriptions

High Council Application

Coordinators, we have instituted the 72 hour rule. If you do not send out your validations and reg #'s and such within 72 hours, and proof is sent to the High Chancellor of this, you will lose your position. (If you have sent in an official Leave of Absence this does not count.)

Positions are limited to two per character, a maximum of three positions per mun on the UV High Council. You are allowed to take on temporary positions to assist the High Chancellor, they are marked Open and with stars * * also labeled (temp), and will be filled as soon as possible.

***Auditors have up to 10 days to complete their audits.***


LoA's-- You may take LoA for a month at a time without repercussion. If you are gone for more than a month LoA, then your position will be marked "Open" and if someone takes your position, you will be placed in the "Extended LoA" spot on the High Council. WHEN you return, you will be given the opportunity to choose an open spot. LoA who are gone more than three months will be removed from the High Council entirely and must reapply to join again.

*Any positions marked "Open" or "LoA" that have no alternate SN, send to (exaltedemerald) for reg #'s and information. If you send something in for validation or registration and there is no reply in 3 days time, then forward it with a note to (exaltedemerald).

Temp positions are indicated with ( )'s and an "*Open*". They are available to be filled. If there is a job that is being done by Exalted Emerald, that you are interested in, talk to her. Some of the jobs are time consuming and take a lot of effort, and are not advertised but would be offered to the right ones if they wished it.
