Mortals Charter

Mortals have always been the most common of the beings within the realms, but have had bad luck due to their weaker status, and strength. (They have 2d## and in MS's they get 20 hit points) The deities of these lands have actually gotten together and grant all mortals a few enhancements to make up for their weaknesses t better enable them to fight alongside their immortal counterparts. They did this, despite their differences because both the gods of light, and devils of darkness prefer the mortals over the immortals. The Devils due to the desirability to corrupt them, the gods of light due to the ease of salvation. Mortal's strength(is still smaller than the immortal (2d vs 4d) but the deities give the mortals self-healing abilities. (Mortals get a saving roll every other round once the hit points hit 100. eg. A mortal and an immortal are fighting a spar, to 200. The mortal gets 100 hit points of damage. the mortal can roll guild dice to be healed, whatever is rolled for "damage" is taken off the hit point damage, then the mortal still gets his attack, on his or her next turn they can only attack, then on the next they can roll for a heal. The rper must declare the heal before rolling the dice

Next benefit, mortals are normally easy to kill, well despite the healing ability, the gods are also making it easy for them to return to life..unlimited number of times. The only exception to the rule is execution, death matches where there is an agreement for no rezz, DM's where the winner has rezz rights, and he/she choses not to rezz..or assassination attempts where the chancellor signed the assassination contract decides no rezz.

Final benefit, once you reach a level where you can get an elemental, the elementals belonging to a mortal is stronger than the elementals of immortals and "halfies" (Where a normal elemental starts at 2d10, a mortal would get a 2d15)

Mortals include humans, orcs, some elves, and halflings

Half-Immortal "Halfies"

"Halfies" are not quite mortal, not quite immortal. They typically live longer than mortals, are stronger physically and are harder to kill than their mortal cousins. (3d## and in MS's they get 30 hit points)

They can be rezzed a total of 8 times if allowed before final death

"Halfies" Include some elves, all drow, dwarves, gnome and shapeshifters

Immortals

Immortals are appearing every where, they're stronger than the mortals and "Halfies" (4d## and 40 Hit points in MS's) In theory they live forever. Its only in theory because sometimes they fight Death Matches and they can be assassinated. They can be rezzed a total of 5 times before final death.

Immortals include Kindred (vampires), Lupines (were-creatures), lower daemons, demons and angels.

There are other creatures not listed in any of the classes above, for further clarification ask one of the chancellors.
