They say there is no honor among thieves. They are wrong, they follow a different code of honor. There is a reason for everything they steal, to feed and clothe themselves, to take something away from an enemy or to provide something for a friend or ally. Trilogy recognizes the need for thieves and provides for them a weekly salary. Then their services may be called upon for additional compensation.

Only reg'd thieves will be paid though, and only licensed thieves can steal without law enforcement being called in. So to help avoid being sought after by the soldiers, knights and bodyguards of the victims, its best to be reg'd.

For those wishing to become Reg'd they need to perform a mock TA. Whatever is stolen must not be valued more than 50 gp. The log of the TA must be sent to the Director of Thieves for review
