Experience writeups are a way for us, the Gamemasters to know what you the players, are doing each week. It helps us determine how the game is flowing and what may or may not need to be done as far as plot goes. The writeup week will BEGIN Thursday and END on Wenesday by 11:59pm. If you want your XP by thursday please make sure your writeup is in by wenesday at 11:59pm.
The format for sending in an XP Writeup is as follows:
For the fourth section of the writeup, only count the time which you were in-game interacting with other players. We do not need an exact minute count, so round down to the nearest half-hour.
Note that you do not need to describe what you did that week, though you are still encouraged to go out and actively play the game. The gamemasters privately frown on people that just hang out in-character but don't do any plotting and politicking. People that actively play the game by stirring up trouble are the best brand of players there are, and if you're bored in-game, you have only yourself to blame.1
If you don't include your current XP total, you will not receive a reply to your writeup and therefore will not gain XP that week.
It is courteous to send in your entire character card with your writeup. We will be sporadically tracking them over the course of the year. The proper format for your character card is:

List of skills next to their cost. Note "Out of Path" skills where applicable.

When sending in the writeup, use the following format for your subject:
"Race-PC name-xp writeup".
For example: i am sending my writeup in for Traven, the subject heading for my xp writeup would be as follows: fae-Traven-xp writeup. For Gods just use deadgod as your race, for Visions, vision, and for lost souls, lostsoul. The email account is set to filter these to different folders so it would be greatly appreciated. Also DO NOT use cute titles for your subjects, obnoxious fonts, colors and no pictures. We want plain looking writeups. These writeups are not intended to be roleplays but rather a report on what you did during the week.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE If you are playing a new character, and are sending in your very first writeup please tell us in your writeup whether or not you started the game with a "1 silver" weapon.
