It's been a little while since my last post.
Between work, managing a guild, and PvPing, I've had little time
or motivation to update this. But fear not, we are still working
on pages and will continue to.
Over the past week, Makeda and Aint, co-leaders of Acme, have
brought in a dozen people into the ranks of The Crimson Horde.
What this means, is our bracket advancing to 40-49 will be
delayed another week. However, this also gives us a LOT more
flexibility regarding instance runs, and battlegrounds, so
waiting another week for everyone to catch up, won't hurt us.
For those of you who do not have GuildAds yet, please
grab it. We are also working on getting GuildInfo
working, but have a few bugs to iron out.
A few critical mods for PvPing are as follows:
Decursive - Sets up Dispel Magic, Cleanse, Remove Curse,
on a hotkey, so you can cure other people quickly. CTRA - Allows you to view all raid vitals on screen,
great when you have multiple health bars to look at. Great in AB
as well as WSG or normal raiding. CCWatch - Know what's going on. Also shows progression of
certain spells (Polymorph, Frostbolt, Hammer of Justice, etc) CTMod - One of the greatest add-ons out there, grab it. Lootlink - See an awesome item and want to show the
guild, or help them out with loot suggestions? Now you can link
what you saw, also stores information, great program. BankItems - View your bank from anywhere, you can also
view alt banks too. Titanpanel - And it's various mods, a lot of them fit in
one bar, and very organized. Allows you to fit a lot more on
screen, Durability info, money, Available bag slots,
Battleground Info, Memory, Looto, Cooldown Count, Loot type, etc
etc Damagemeters - Great for tracking damage in instances,
can also show you who's slacking on heals and trying to DPS. SortEnchant- No more cluttered Enchanting, sorts by
category.
We will be having a guild meeting on Friday night, the time will
be posted in the MOTD, and subject to change depending on when
the most people can make it.

A Change in the Ranks: Sunday, February 5th, 2006
A new rank was added by Hollywood Shono, aka
Tehwaterboy, reflecting the Guild Ranks within World of
Warcraft. The current rank is called "Officer". Dæmon rank, is
meant to be something reserved for core members, or members who
have played in other games, and should not reflect the current
officers we have. Officer Rank is above Keeper, and have most of
the powers Dæmon's currently have, with the exception of being
able to change the MOTD, modifying the Guild info, and changing
your officer's note.
This rank has been added in to once again bring back the
importance of the most powerful rank next to the Khan, aka God
of Assholes, Dæmon. Do not ask for promotions to Dæmon, as you
will be demoted on the spot. This is earned and given, and a
very special task. You also have to be a core member (Aka, Ppan,
Bloodline, Draleth, Reemer, Ageregwyn, Profit, Neirenn) to
obtain, and have gamed with TcH elsewhere. Once we have
established ourselves on Hakkar, we will vote on new Dæmon's as
we see fit, which probably means when we are ready to do Molten
Core, Zul'Gurub, and Blackwing Lair, so don't expect it for
several months, while we prepare in the Battlegrounds.
I would like to once again enforce that there is a zero
tolerance policy towards public bashing of guild members, in
Teamspeak, Ventrillo, Group Chat, or Guild Chat. If you do not
like how a member is performing, please give them suggestions in
a civil manner, and if you have a problem, please come to me
about it, rather than yelling at your guild members. Your first
warning will demote you instantly, your second offense will
cause you to be removed and banned from rejoining TcH for one
month. There are NO exceptions, no excuses, and no second
chances, as I do not like to play drama games and would rather
remove the problem, instead of lose a good member due to another
member's immaturity or hasty reactions.
