DESCRIPTION/APPEARANCE: Age: 242 vamp years. Appears close to 30; she's about 5'8" but with highheeled boots she reaches about 5'11". She wears a variety of traditional styles of Victorian dress, but has also been known to shock society by wearing a man's coat and pants. She has black hair, large brown eyes and full lips.
PERSONALITY: Vikki exudes sensuality when she wants, but can turn it off like a water tap. She's from Britain. She is witty. And loves danger. She and Lee have been called two peas in a pod when they go on the occasional mission together. She likes her job.
WEAKNESSES/STRENGTHS: typical Master strengths and vampire weaknesses. She can call fire...she's a pyro. She is quite good in hand-to-hand combat as well a a small deringer. And like all good Enforcers, what you don't see is as deadly as what you do. Animal to call is rats. Weaknesses are typical vampire weaknesses.
HISTORY: Victoria was the middle daughter of a family of noble lineage that was a bit on the poor side at the time of her birth. They still managed to give her a year in London. She ended up marrying fairly well, but it was not a love match. He needed an heir. She ended up having a succession of lovers once she provided the requisite son.
One of those lovers turned out to be a vampire. When he offered her the chance to live a life much more exciting than her current one, she took it, never looking back on her past life. Unfortunately, he wasn't a Master, and it soon became apparent she was far stronger than he. They parted company eventually...not quite amicably, and she moved about Europe, taking various lovers, both human and vampire, until she met Richard Lyons. He recognized her potential and trained her to become an Enforcer first for a Lord of the Land, and then later for the European Conclave. She was an Enforcer for the Conclave for a decade when Lyons took John Lee MacMillan under his wing.
